Is DORA destroying the principle of subsidiarity?

DORA is a planned regulation of the European Parliament, which is supposed to strengthen cyber resilience in the financial sector. The Genossenschaftsverband Bayern criticizes, that DORA does not entirely comply with the association structures of the German „Genossenschaften“.
